Hi biggerpockets: 

 Could anyone point me an direction of where to start a syndication?

range from $500k to $2million

There is a lot to learn. Syndicating a deal is not something to take lightly, as you are dealing with other people's hard earned money that they don't intend to lose. I would begin by reading everything on BP about syndication. I have 2 articles linked here and there are many others:

I would also read It's a Whole New Business, by Gene Trowbridge and Principle of Real Estate Syndication, by Samuel Freshmann. 

My podcast, along with many others also talk a lot about syndication. BP's podcast has the occasional guest on that syndicates as well. 

If you want to speed the learning curve, go to one of the conferences on syndication.

Before getting too far, but after learning, talk with a securities attorney. 

Lastly, I would be sure to be networking constantly so you get to know people in the business as well as those interested in investing.
