Hello,

I was wondering what contractors are adding up for their bids on house renovations. 

Also is it better to get multiple quotes from different contractors or to just use one general contractor who can do it all?

What are you looking for when shopping around for a hard money loan for BRRRR? Also after you do make all of your repairs what are you looking for in the mortgage company that does the refinance?

@Ryan Deasy That is very important! I heard that investors always make money when they buy the property so a good relationship with wholesalers or investors is crucial. And I do agree that having a good hard money lender is key.

@Drew Sygit I see, the issue is more so the commingling of other funds to pay off the mortgage
