I am looking for ideas or contacts to find the most active companies doing remodeling in North East Atlanta, GA. Specific cities near me include Braselton, Hoschton, Flowery Branch, Buford, Dacula and Winder GA. I am looking for a contractor/company who specializes in remodeling bathrooms and kitchens to help mom stay at home safely and avoid having to go to a nursing home. 

Any contacts or ideas to find the best contractor would be greatly appreciated.

Augusta is a great place for real estate investing. I would reach out to Betsey Davis with Auben Realty. Auben is an investor friendly brokerage that also does property management. They manage all our long term rentals and we have been happy with the services they provide. Let me know if you want to chat about the neighborhoods we invest it.

@Account Closed I did look into duty to mitigate and after speaking with the tenant, we have come to an agreement which we both consider fair. Thanks for your response.

@Paul Rush We have adjusted our short term lease accordingly. We are hopeful we will be able to get someone in there quickly and minimize the cost of the lesson learned. Thanks for reaching out.
