I am looking to do a cash out refinance on a SFH valued at approximately $85k and looking for LTV of 80%. Can anyone recommend a company or bank that offers that LTV on investment properties?

I cant believe an investigative reporter from the INDY main newspaper has not taken this one..  the TV guys American greed will take it on once the out come of civil or criminal complaints.. and mostly criminal so if the AG's don't take this on it will just battle out in the civil courts.. what I am amazed with is that victim has not at least started their own website with a lot of detail.. so when you hit google people can see it.  I mean there are a lot on google but a nice website with photos etc.  seems might help people steer clear of this outfit

Also keep in Mind MI throws his ground partners under the bus.. nothing is his fault.

I mean at its base he is selling real estate without a license. and or he is a principal and can sell what he does not own legally.

I believe his wife has a real estate license but not sure if its covered in each state they buy.  He makes her do just about everything because he portrays himself as the guru so he's special. I am still amazed people don't take the time just to google Morris Invest. That's all it would take for 99% of prospective buyers to head for the hills. It's amazing how many people do zero due diligence.

Yes I saw that too. Yesterday they went live and announced their Financial Freedom Academy. Interesting to see what happens with Morris down the road.

In some of the earlier videos he made of working with a PM he would basically say don't call too much. Just let them do their job and don't ask questions. Just let the checks roll in. He was trying to set the people up so they stay quiet and just buy the houses without any questions.  Never did he ever mention a PM company he works with on a video or podcast.

When you think back you start to see the glaring red flags. I think this will be a great case study not only for new buyers but also for people interested in starting a turnkey company. Especially once all the case judgements have gone through and we see the end result.  MI will be teaching people what not to do for years to come. Too bad it comes at a costly price for so many.  I hope those people take their experiences and turn them into good profitable investments for them in the future.

I am relatively new to the REI being involved for only about a year and a half. So when I find a thread like this with countless negative reviews and lawsuits that is reason enough to look elsewhere. I work hard for my money so I am looking to work with some of the best in the business. I have my own business that I spend most of my time on so I am a passive investor in real estate for now. I would rather find a property with 8-9% return with a high level mgmt team in a decent to good area than buy a D class with an 11% return which is all smoke and mirrors.

I don't want to find out the hard way so that is reason enough for me. I listen to the pros on here and take a piece from each which makes the education I get on bigger pockets more valuable financially that my college degrees at this point in life.

I certainly am aware of the disaster that Morris Invest has been. I was almost taken in. Even wanted a new construction property. Thankfully I didn't take the plunge.

As far as Limitless Turnkey is concerned.  I had a phone call yesterday. They cover Akron, Cleveland, Dayton, Detroit and Kansas City.  C+ to B properties. They do not PM these properties.  Also the owner of Prosper Cleveland is part owner of Limitless. I know Prosper Cleveland does great rehabs so I was curious but still doing my research.  I am always wary when the PM is passed to another company.

I work with Strategy Properties in Detroit as well and Al Bazzy is very easy to work with. My first property was purchased about 4 or 5 months ago. A great rehab and very good return.  Will be buying another in the immediate future.

Bigger Pockets was worth it's weight in gold just for saving me from Morris Invest. Thank my lucky stars

@Jay Hinrichs In a recent Youtube live someone called them out on why he has an F rating on BBB. He got a little nervous and said it wasn't them it was another company and his lawyers are taking care of the issue. So still passing the blame.

Now marketing B-, B level properties.
