These are great experiences we have been hearing about. If everyone could also please add what strategy you are utilizing this money for. It would be extremely helpful for all of us.

Is anyone using Fund & Grow for Buy and Hold properties? If so what is your strategy with the funding?

Is anyone using their new credit for buy and hold property 20% down payments and using traditional mortgage for financing? Just curious if someone is using that strategy and how they are handling paying it back.

@Patrick Shawn Faherty I went with Real Weath Network that is owned and operated by Kathy Fettke. We couldn't be happier to this point. I would recommend looking into their company further if you are interested in TK.

@Mark Whitted and @Colin Zhu I also began listening to Clayton when I started my journey. I dodged a big bullet thanks to bigger pockets members speaking out. I have purchased 2 SFHs so far and working on the 3rd hopefully before years end. But I feel for those that were taken advantage of.

Yes, I was just pointing that out for the other person. Didn't know he was trying to be funny.

Medications? Does that mean all the employees have been put on Xanax?

lol :)

 Perhaps she meant "modifications"

In the most recent Bigger Pockets podcast @David Greene mentions he loves HELOCs and gets them on every property he owns. Hopefully he can share other companies that will allow you to get a HELOC even though you have more than 3 properties.
