 So true. We can do a simple google search for anything these days. If you can't do one before you spend $50k+ when they wont even let you get an inspection on these "hot cakes" then that person will inevitably learn the hard way.

It amazinghow many buyers have no idea who Oceanpointe is since Morris Invest markets itself as handling everything for the customer. But now that their feet are in the fire they send ALL the blame to Oceanpointe and depict themselves as victims like everyone else.

**I would love to hear from people who recently purchased homes from Morris Invest within the last month or two. See how their new and improved system is working without Oceanpointe.

@Simmy Thompson so sorry to hear what happened. I would definitely contact that attorney. The documentation you have should be very helpful if they don't already have a copy. I hope you are made whole again. All the best going forward.

I have been hearing the ads in the Joe Fairless podcast. They state on the website you can invest in buildings without being accredited for as low as $500. Does anyone have experience investing with this website?

Are you guys referring to Fund and Grow? There is a thread on BP about them. People are complaining on the thread that there are many brand new accounts commenting how wonderful everything is with them.

@Marko Zlatic they are teflon to those youtubers.  they can do know wrong. the blinders are squarely on but also i am sure his staff is on there with damage control.  They gang up on the so called "trolls" and then no one else wants to get ganged up on and give their negative experiences. The bulk of them defending Morris havew never even purchased a property from him.  Once this is all taken care of in court maybe then they will believe Morris doesn't walk on water.

@Marko Zlatic i feel the same way. Morris motivated me to start REI and I was ALMOST taken in but luckily I smartened up. His podcast and his BP podcast motivated me to get started. We all know what it takes for W2 folks to make $50k,$60k. It's heartless to take advantage.

**Your Youtube video was really good on the Morris Invest saga.

On every podcast he would say he is has sold and rehabbed hundreds of homes. He is a long time real estate investor. To call his team to buy a property. Now he said he had nothing to do with any of it. 

Sad part is so many people on his live YouTube that day kept saying how wonderful they were and its everyones fault that purchased the homes. How blind can you be? Most have never even purchased a property.  

 What I found most shocking is people on their last youtube live were still behind them. It didnt matter what happened.
