Do you find that when you are asked if you are a wholesaler, that the customer gets confused or edgy? How do they react to your explanation?

I hear many people say that they frame wholesaling by saying you are the buyer and that either you or your partner will purchase the deal. I have also heard individuals say that they tell the seller they are not the end buyer @Sam Craven. How do you position wholesaling to the seller and how has it worked out for you?
