A seller who is looking to move past his MF property currently does not have insurance on it (How? I have no idea). Was curious if anyone had experienced this, and if any additional processes need to be considered if we go under contract. I would think that nothing would change, and I would simply establish property insurance that would go into effect on the closing date and that's that.

Wouldn't you get the same info (property owner) by going to the County's CAD?
