Hi BP, I'm new to wholesaling and I just got my first offer accepted. Now I am ready to send over the contract to him. Only thing is I have no contract. Can anyone point me in the right direction as to where to get the best assignment Contract with option period that can be used in Dallas, TX? I'm looking on TREC website but do not see an assignment contract. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

@Eldrick S. Use the TREC 20-14 from. It is standard and holds up. It has an area for an option period already. Just make it as long as you want. There is a lot of stuff in there you don't need so it is long but it is the state accepted contract. When placing the buyer's name put this "Eldrick Smith and/or Assignee"

Just out of curiosity, why do you want to assign the contract and not do a double close?
