Seller has 8 unit property with no insurance - Help!
A seller who is looking to move past his MF property currently does not have insurance on it (How? I have no idea). Was curious if anyone had experienced this, and if any additional processes need to be considered if we go under contract. I would think that nothing would change, and I would simply establish property insurance that would go into effect on the closing date and that's that.

All you need to know is if you can get insurance on it.
