You should try fastpeoplesearch.com You can look up people by name address or phone number. It also gives you a lot of other information. I know from experience its pretty darn accurate and it's free. They do have an option to pay but that I think is for more private information like criminal background and the like. It also gives emails as well. Not sure how accurate that is but the phone number and addresses work well.

@Will Fraser @Rachel H. Thank ya'll for the advice. I will look into both. I did run into a road block yesterday. I found a company on the web that said they would do it if it was my primary. It is not. It's my first buy and hold rental. I'm not understanding what the difference would be

Hello all

I was curious to learn if anyone has been able to secure a loan on a doublewide before? This one is deeded to the land so there's no registering it with the county every year. I have it paid off and would like to pull some money out if possible and get another property. Homes similar are going for 100,000. Any suggestions?

Thank you

Billy

Hello all

I have a piece of property paid off in SC. Its a doublewide and .33 acres of land. The double wide is real property deeded to the land. Does anyone out there know where I could get a loan using this as collateral?

@Grant Sevek I agree thank you for the advice. I will be looking to reach out to some wholesalers and private money lenders

@Grant Sevek Looks like market rent is around 1100. It is currently empty. It's 20 year old home that has been renovated. I met with realtor today said I could possibly get payments monthly around 900 plus taxes and insurance which would probably bring it to around 1100. She said I could get 1300 a month but I disagree

Hello all

I have been looking to get another property under my belt for the past year. It's getting close to the 100 property rule ha. I'm currently seeking a owner finance deal. I have 15,000 to put down on a home from 0-150,000.

Just before this unfortunate global pandemic hit I was working with an agent that has some homes available for owner financing. The owner wants 160,000 and will take 15,000 down @ 8% for 30 or 7% and a balloon payment after 5 years.

My question to ya'll is do you think I should move forward with this as its hard to see what the future holds or should I hang on to my cash and look for better deals down the road?

Thank you for reading all responses are greatly appreciated

Billy

@Courtney Wilson Hey sorry about the long delay. I am not sure but I believe the roof has to be redone. Probably depends on the county building department and who ever insures you. They will want to know the roof was installed properly.
