Acquire loan for paid off property

Hello all

I was curious to learn if anyone has been able to secure a loan on a doublewide before? This one is deeded to the land so there's no registering it with the county every year. I have it paid off and would like to pull some money out if possible and get another property. Homes similar are going for 100,000. Any suggestions?

Thank you

Billy

@William Stewart You may want to talk to some mobile home dealerships in your area. They may be able to refer you to some lenders who can do that and have done with with clients in the past. Hope that helps!
