Panama City Florida

Hello everyone, my name is Shane Lloyd, I’m a licensed builder here in Atlanta, GA and just recently applied for a builders license in Florida.  I was wondering if anyone here has done any recent flipping projects in the Panama City, Florida?  I’m somewhat familiar with the area, but any advice on what neighborborhoods / areas we should concentrate on for flips would be extremely helpful.  Are there any surrounding areas that you would also recommend?   My goal is to build capital on the flips and transition to building new beach homes in the 30a corridor for rental income.

Thank you for your insight Daniel.  I was concerned with the war zone appearance as well. I haven’t seen it in person yet, but plan on traveling to the area late next week to do some research.
