Need a loan on fully paid off manufactured home and land

Hello all

I have a piece of property paid off in SC. Its a doublewide and .33 acres of land. The double wide is real property deeded to the land. Does anyone out there know where I could get a loan using this as collateral?

    Have you tried contacting any local banks or credit unions? This is where I would start.
