Hi Biggerpockets, I was just wondering, is it possible for a real estate agent to be a property manager and a home inspector all at the same time? Has anybody on here every done all 3 at once? If you did do all 3 at the same time how did it work out for you? Thanks for reading

@Russell Brazil Thanks for responding and yea i was reading up on opendoor and they seem like flippers just out to make a fast sale and doesn't care about the clients.

I have a question for all real estate agents.....What do you think about these new companies like open door, reali, and the other companies that cut real estate agents out? Are they effecting your business? Do you think these companies can effect your business? I'm in the process of becoming and agent just have to pass my exams and was seeing and hearing about these companies and it bothered me.. Thanks for reading happy holidays!!

@Sam T. I would replace it. Sounds like the stove has been through a lot of cooking lol and It could go out soon. Check out offer up or Craigslist can find good used stoves on both sites might even find someone that delivers and install for a small fee. Then you could sell the old one after a good cleaning and make some of your money back. Just my opinion
