Just want to know everyone's thoughts on opendoor and other tech real estate companies. I want to know if you think these companies would kill the real estate agent business? Thanks for reading

@William Brown then again, who saw Amazon taking over the world?

I think on the sale side, more people will stick with agents, as many people are intimidated at the process of buying real estate, locating property, contracts, title, escrow, financing, etc. and appreciate having someone to help walk them through the process.

However; on the listing side, I'm sure more and more people will list their own houses, with access to MLS being available to sellers in most areas.
