Hi Ray,  I just got started recently as well.  My biggest hurdle has been finding cash buyers for the deals that I find.  Work with off market properties to get the most response.  I've gotten properties under contract and posted them here on bigger pockets.  That will get you some buyer responses.  Putting your properties on the local Craigslist will also get you customers.  It's hare to tell the tire kickers from the real buyers, so when you get responses, as a lot of questions of your potential customers.
