Hi John, One way that I develop relationships with Realtors is to go to the local Zillow properties for sale section.  Start calling on the properties that you'd like to buy at a reasonable price.  Call the number to get contact information to make an offer.  Usually, the people that are listed are Real Estate professionals.  The person is usually a licensed Realtor that knows several investors.  There is where you'll find good contacts and a customer base for deals that you're working.  Happy Hunting!
