Hello Dineo,  Often times when you are buying a property, you are buying it from a bank that got back the house on a foreclosure.  You might want to start by getting a real estate agent in the market you want to invest in.  They will represent you when making offers.  When you get an offer accepted, you have your escrow period to sell the property.

No this is no longer listed with an agent. I've signed a purchase agreement for this property. I have enquired as to why this is still showing on the MLS. A request has been made to remove this listing.

Hi Jean,  I found comps from $625 for a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom/1000sqft house to $775 for a 3 bedroom/1 bathroom/1450sqft.  My realtor on the ground viewed the property, 4 bedroom/2 bathroom/2000+sqft along with evaluating  the neighborhood and gave me his expert opinion and I followed his opinion.

I'm not sure what your issue is here, I have this property under contract and it's a value that I'm offering to investors in the area.  I have different methods of acquiring properties under market value and this is a good opportunity for the right investor.  Ron
