Hello All BiggerPockets Members ! My name is Ray and I am new to the Real Estate Investing and Wholesaling. I have a few questions and hope to find the right answers here. In order of importance is it more important to have a motivated seller list or an investor/buyer to sell the properties to. How do I actually start with my first deal. Should I attract leads with yellow cards and wait for a call, or go and look for abandoned properties and try to find the owner of the property. How do I find a contact list of motivated sellers ? Who should I utilize to give me this information ?
