Yes. But, I'm not sure that I can recommend him. I have referred him to several people on this site and he has not done as well as when I recommended for me or some of some of the others I have referred him to....but, then I don't know that there's anyone that is even what I'd call fair in Detroit....sorry for being negative. But, I've had better success in other low income cities. The name of my guy is Joseph Kabbani...

Other possiblities might be City Management or Inner City Property Management...one thing about Joseph, is that he works 7 days a week...maybe 60-70 hours a week...he just has a hard time delegating to his employees....and he's trustworthy...just too busy.

both individual values and cumulative values have been an issue...Individual values range from $20-50k and the cumulative is $346k...I know that industry limits usually are at $75k and $500k.

I am looking for a blanket loan.I have 11 assets...6 are mortgage notes and I own 5 rental properties free and clear.I have no personal debt or business debt. I don't have a mortgage or a rent payment. I gross $7700 per month before property management or taxes on the rental properties. I can email the list of assets with any paperwork on request.

Even if you have it your personal name and you set up loans from you to an LLC you set up...if it leaves you with no dead equity in the property and the lien ends up worthless.

The seminar business is full of mentors asking for tons of  money and promising financial freedom. Look for partners to joint venture with you.

you can buy non performing notes at deeping discounts than foreclosures and you also should get a better cash on cash return if you get the note back to performing, if you include the payment back on your original investment. You just don't have an asset when the mortgage balance is paid up.

Try   http://weclosenotes.com/note-closers-show-podcast/

with Scott Carson.

I don't know if he still does, but he used to give free webinars on everything to do with notes.
