I am looking for a blanket loan on 11 assets
I am looking for a blanket loan.I have 11 assets...6 are mortgage notes and I own 5 rental properties free and clear.I have no personal debt or business debt. I don't have a mortgage or a rent payment. I gross $7700 per month before property management or taxes on the rental properties. I can email the list of assets with any paperwork on request.

The only place that will do those loan amounts is a LOCAL bank.
