Excel Formula For Max Purchase Price

Hello all!

I am looking for some Excel magic to be able to enter a desired ROI, actual NOI, & actual Loan Terms and it generate a max OOP, which I can then use to determine the max purchase price, but I can't quite wrap my brain around it. Does anybody already do this in Excel?

In Excel, use either a Goal Seek function or a Data Table.  Goal seek is manual based on a single variable, Data Table will automate the purchase price output based on two variable inputs.
