Yes my partner and I could pay you a referral fee if you find us tenants.

We don't have a set amount as our places are nice enough that they typically rent fairly easily (but not always).

He is a very large company with several employees so I assume he is pretty set but I don't know that for sure.

Any tricks for getting homeowners phone numbers once you find the foreclosures ; etc that you want to target through the legal paper ?

What kind of leads ? (To use for wholesaling ? To obtain buyers and sellers for an agent ? Etc)

Every time I purchase a house wholesale I seem to get a couple letters after purchase asking to sell in cash (a little too late lol). 

I get them from HomeVestors and a few others ; you could reach out to them to see if they mind sharing how they obtain their lists.

I am an investor and real estate agent here in Wichita.

I would consider helping mentor you in exchange for you hanging door flyers ; etc a couple hours a week for my real estate agent business.

Are you looking to rent or buy when you come down ? I am a fellow investor and also an agent. 

If your looking to buy we need to get you set up on an automatic search so the system can start pulling options for you so you will have plenty of options to choose from when it's time to pick a house. 

PM your email and criteria of a home (beds ; bath ; sq ft ; side of town ; etc.

Have you pre qualified ? My friend Shane is right ; I'm hoping Weather is nice for your trip down !

Chicago title can do deals here. I had an offer in with a client last week on a property that had to go through Chicago Title if we got the deal.
