Direct Mail lists Wichita Kansas

I'm just starting out in Wichita Kansas and am having a hard time finding a list to start sending direct mail to. Apparently KS is a non-disclosure state so there doesn't seem to be any information to pull a list from via the two list generating websites I've tried so far. 

So my question is for those investing in Kansas, do you do direct mail and if so, where do you collect your data in order to do so?  If you do not do direct mail, what do you do to generate leads?  Thank you!
