@David Zheng  please elaborate on how you acquired 36 properties this is MY GOAL!!!! I have such a  desire to achieve this but I'm stuck in the researching stage. I currently have 6 properties but I keep running out of money. I'm trying to sell one of my lowest producing property so that I can reinvest the funds. Any words of wisdom would be much appreciated.

Hi Bigger pockets friends, I'm looking to refinance a property that is valued at 65k. This is an estimation since an appraisal was not done. I would like to pull out 50k to reinvest but my mortgage banker says they wont loan on it because the value is too low. I've already reached out to all the banks in the area, of Florida since its where the property is located as well as all the small community banks in NY since its where I reside. No one can assist me any feed back would be extremely helpful.  Has anyone taken on this process before??

Investors I have a question. Would you purchase a single family home 750 SQ. Ft 2 bedroom one bath. For 50k. With a possible rental potential of 650 a month. Is this considered an ok deal????? Insurance is about 800 a year and taxes roughly 900-1000.
