Thank you   I agree I'm just afraid to wait so long to invest again. I cant get a HELOC on one of my homes because my credit score is so low. I'm now considering paying off my debt for the next two years but that means I have to wait two years to invest again. I was hoping to invest my money and use the income from rentals to pay off debt.

@Heather Cole to be honest I haven't had an issues with water in any of our homes. I haven't met any realtors that will charge the buyer a fee. Realtors I have used have all charged me 3% for buying i'm out of NY so they do all the work they go to the closing all they need is a wire transfer. When I am renting I am charged half a months rent and the longest I've had a vacant property has been 3 weeks maybe a month.

Hi @Heather Cole I am in investor in Ocala and the honest truth is shop the market unless someone here can recommend a very good realtor. I have had to use multiple realtors for all my deals. I also would like to find someone in the area who is also an investor but is eager to help others. I'm still a rookie investor but perhaps I can help you out feel free to reach out to me if you ever need an answer to a question. Much success to you.
