@Dwayne Kendall hi can you private message me, I have an amazing realtor. When I say amazing i mean she goes out of her way to do things you can't do from a distance. Truly amazing. I've been investing in Ocala for 6 years it's a growing business and the market there is really expanding. I too started investing because it's the area my parents began in. So much success to you.

@helen chen it depends on the size and look of the house, but your looking at rents between 750-975. its a big margin but again it depends on your exact area as well as what the house looks like.

@matthew meikle Ocala is in amazing place to invest. Great tenants people are very nice. This is my area and I love it.
