I been reading about wholesaling reo and it seems like a good stradegy to add to my belt with direct mail.  I heard this is a good book to learn step by step  O ya I heard it was free!  The book is written by steph Davis.  I cant find the book anywhere.  I beleive it used to be at her website flipthisreo.net but the website does not exist anymore.  Maybe if she got her name as a keyword she will help :)
