I am looking for 15% to 20 % ROI in Citrus County, Florida Only!

I would like to hook up with other investors and whole-sellers in the area, so please do not BS me with higher prices then lower then 15% ROI. It will not fly with me! NO trailers on land or flood zones in Crystal River going north on 19
