Hello bp, my situation is in 26. I work and make 1200 a month. The good thing I'd that my rent is 300, with my roomate. Still with this money it will take me years to get a decent downpayment for a 3 family apartment that I could live in. My question is I'm trying to create my unfair advantage. I have my Ged and would like to get into something in the real estate field. Would going to school for property technican be a good idea, while I keep my job. Or maybe agent.... Any suggestions bp
