hi I live in Englewood nj and when I go for a drive I always find houses whit board up windows and complete empty and some I walk up to take a peak and some of them need a lot of TLC,

so how do I get in tuch whit the owners of these homes or to find out if the bank took them over if someone could give me a good advice that will be great ill get started tomorrow!

ive just sent a list of 300 absentee owners 2 days ago,

(I wish I could of send more but I wanted to test the water)

ive retrieve the list from listsource and send out from yellowletterscomplete

I was wondering is there any other tips you guys would like to share it would be greatful thanks!
