hi

I found a home in Newark that I am trying to get under contract I made a mistake of not bringing a contractor whit me (note that the seller told me it only need 2.500$ worth of work!) but it look like to me it needed a lot more work about 20.000$-30.000$

My question is does Anyone have a contractor that they would like to share or recommend one I would really appreciate it thank you.

Hi @Scott S.

You could call up a couple of contractors in your area to give you a estimate price of repairs.

Hope that helps good luck keep us posted.

Walter.

I need some help I found a 2 family home for 70k ( he's asking that price) 2 bed. 1 bath. Each house I can only get three comps out of there one house sold for. 11/12/13 for 130k.

And three other homes that are the same for 45k. Now I be they are wholesalers.

But there is a house on the market right now for 124k if you let me know what to do this is my first time talking to a seller.

He said it needs about 2.500 worth of work

So the question is how do I really find out what the house is worth and what else should I know about the house.

Thanks for any replys
