Hi I live in new jersey Bergen county and I would like to know the ins and outs of wholesaling. Basically what kind of contracts I need to wholesale a house to a buyer and can I use a title company to close etc.. etc..

hi I've only send out my mail campaign once and I use yellowletterscomplete its more expensive to send out but the beauty they already have yellow post cards saying we buy houses cash etc etc.
