I'm trying to create a marketing plan before I target a certain criteria of potential sellers. I've read several posts on getting absentee list by calling title companies. However what other list and sourcess can go after to help you get these list. I'm driving around taking address down, but I want a good list to start. Please and thank you

I'm taking action and creating a marketing plan with my new wholesaling future however I want some feedback about being covered and creating an llc and facing insurance. Is it worth it, if so when should I get one??

Thank you Shaun Reilly it sounds like you do very well on the Boston area. I will defiantly be looking forward to attending these meetings. Another ?, will I find solid cash buyers that I can get deals for because I'm pretty confident that I will have some motivated sellers lined up.
