& William T, what your looking for with code violations is a way to find out if these ppl would be willing to sell since they don't take care of there house or simply they have left the house and the house maybe vacant and the city doesn't know it yet. Code violations could be grass that has not been cut, broken windows or like a roof that's falling apart. These are great houses to go after. Thanks

I agree Matt I'm dealing with trying to get some good list. I'm thinking of going to the city halls and make some phone calls. I heard most of these lists are free but you do have to do done groundwork.
