After the seller and wholesaler agree on numbers. If there is earnest money involved, who would the wholesaler give to money to. I've heard in massachusetts it's different from other states as far as title companies.

I almost have m list ready for my campain. I wanted to know is it best to sart marketing to one city or to several in the same area. I know that it could depend on the market in each city. But I just thought maybe if I market to several in the same area I could get more leads. Thanks
