I'm a newbie at real estate and I'm looking to see if there are others that can give me a few pointers to be a successful wholesaler. I don't see much members from Massachusetts or even when I listen to podcasts. I want to know if the Boston, mass market is different than others And what would be the best tactic to start my new venture. I can't tell you how pumped I am.
