Wholesaling - Best ways to compile buyer's and seller's lists??

Hey everyone,

I've been doing a lot of reading over the past few days on BP about how to get started in RE investing and the different strategies that investors utilize.

My question is about wholesaling...where and how do you guys accumulate a list of people that you want to market to whether it be absentee owners, probates, pre-forclosure etc. What do you think works best?

Also, what about buyers list? What have you found works best?

Thanks!!!

It seems like wholesaling is a great way to start in RE investing so I'm looking into the strategy in depth.
