12/11 - The Unofficial BiggerPockets Boston Networking Event (UBBNE)

I wanted to announce that I will be hosting the next UBBNE event on December 11th. I've provided the details below but if you want to be on my email list, please message me with your email address so you can get updates on the events.

Place: Sea Dog Brew Pub in Woburn, MA
Date & Time: December 11th, 6:30pm - 9:00pm

Event Details: Please join me at the next Unofficial BiggerPockets Boston Networking Event. The event will include a Q&A segment at the beginning followed by networking. The Q&A segment will allow the group to collectively answer any questions you may have related to the following topics:

- Getting Started in Real Estate
- Marketing to Motivated Sellers
- Analyzing a Rehab Deal
- Rehab Related Issues

This should be a fun and informative event and I look forward to seeing you there!

About the Group: These meetings are designed to provide high quality interaction between real estate investors to share ideas and for networking purposes. These meetings will be smaller than most local events to provide easier communication within the group. These are FREE EVENTS held in a relaxed, informal atmosphere. There will never be any up-selling or multi-level marketing at these group meetings. Please note that we are not directly affiliated with BiggerPockets, however, this group was created to build on the local business relationships that have been formed within the BiggerPockets community.

Venue Info: Food and drinks will be available for purchase. Space is limited at the venue so be sure to get there on time.

@Justin Silverio the first meeting was great and I made some very helpful contacts. The format for the next meeting will be very interesting. It should be like an oral BiggerPockets Forum. Maybe we should hold up placards which show how many answers (posts), votes and awards we have. :-)
