I hear on bigger pockets, when going to get a loan, showing your portfolio can give you a big advantage at a small bank. I am looking to start a website to showcase the properties I have worked on. Has anyone done this? If so, please provide a link to your site. I would love to take a look and get some inspiration.

Thanks for the replies. Brandon, I was looking for a CPA for taxes and an attorney for the LLC, not a Cpa to create an LLC. Sorry if I was not clear in the post. Is it better to work with a Cpa that is in your state because they will be more familiar with the tax laws or does it not matter. Mike thanks for the contact, I will try an connect with him.

Hi Bigger pockets I am looking for a CPA in the Philadelphia area. I am looking for someone who specializes in real estate. Preferably someone who has investments of there own in real estate. I am also looking for someone who can create an LLC. Again, would like to deal with someone who has investments of there own in real estate. Thanks
