Web site for portfolio

I hear on bigger pockets, when going to get a loan, showing your portfolio can give you a big advantage at a small bank. I am looking to start a website to showcase the properties I have worked on. Has anyone done this? If so, please provide a link to your site. I would love to take a look and get some inspiration.

Thanks for the help in advance.

I've never heard of this concept. Most professional real estate investors already have a relationship with the banks they're doing business with. Relationships are priceless and are built over time, not overnight. If applying for a loan, most investors will have a proposal they present along with their portfolio and financial statement. Good luck!
