@Brandon Stafford Aloha mate, thats a tough one see with more time you can do more in the real estate section but with more money you can buy other peoples time to do more in real estate. Honestly ? I'd go with the income buying out someone else time adds more time to you sounds like the best of both world ah ? heh best of luck to you mate

@Rasheeda Hardy Aloha mate ! best of luck of to you first of all. Second get into your local markets meetups and talk to the local and see how things work in your markets. network like crazy there is no such thing as to much networking but in the words of grant cardone? network smart and ask yourself whos got your money mate. network with people are ahead of you in the game those are the people that can bring value to your business and always remember to bring value 1st before receiving the value from anyone, and we all have something to offer someone else mate trust me. third ? take action mate yes getting your knowledge base is important but dont get stuck on trying to learn everything before you jump in and do anything take small steps but take action. again best of luck to you mate

@Allan Guerra is it possible to raise the rent on the property so you wouldnt have to put down the 10k?

@Quito B.

Lets connect mate, do you have a current savings for lead generation? have you already started networking and making calls to owners. It might be best to even link up with some wholesalers in your area that find you discounted rentals. Anyways lets connect mate, im not always on bp im more on facebook so if i dont get back right away just hit me up on FB
