Hi everyone,

My name is Irina Seals and I'm new to real estate investment. I live in the San Francisco Bay Area and am interested in buying distressed properties that don't qualify for financing in Florida (mainly Broward, Tampa, Brevard). My goal is to be a buy and hold, cash flow investor in those counties with an ARV of max. $133k and rent of around $1.3k. I joined BiggerPockets to educate myself and to start building my team of PM's, brokers/agents, lenders, contractors and wholesalers. I'm looking to build a portfolio and to network as much as possible.

Any suggestions and information are highly appreciated. I'm very excited to get started and to be part of this community.
