I just realized that listsource doesn't include the state of SC (what a bummer!!). Any recommendations from you guys on lead generation methods to send out mailers? I'm only interested in multifamily in certain zip codes. Also if you're familiar with good VA lead generation services, I'd appreciate you sharing the information. Thanks a bunch!

I like PropStream.  I just did a search for multi-family (2-4 unit) homes with out-of-state owners in Columbia SC, and I found 257 records.
