@Nathan Olds Thanks brother! I would say Springfield is great on the south side, southeast side, and small pockets on the west for single family homes. Honestly I end up in some of the B/C class neighborhoods in the north/northwest because it is affordable to fix homes up in Springfield. I have a pretty solid agent right now, if you want to message me I'll tell you more about her.

@Andrew Newlon We own a single family, and some raw land too, but I generally lean towards multi-family due to the location, and colleges in town. I am open to any/all deals though!

@James Carlson Sorry brother, I haven't done any research in that game, but it might not be too lucrative in Springfield anyway. Might have better luck trying that 45 minutes south in Branson. (not sure though)

I use JNM Property manager t in Springfield. She charged 7%, and I haven't had any issues to date...also, no hidden fees in her contract

@brandonturner I live in Kailua currently, and would absolutely like the opportunity to meet you, and some of the other local members. If you want to surf on the Marine Corps base beach I would be glad to get you in (it is one of the nicer beaches this side of the island). Either way I'll stay tuned, would love to potluck!

I wouldnt use that term on my own accord, the selling agent (representing him) has stated that he is known as the slumlord of the area haha. I appreciate the advice!

I really appreciate the advice, and I'm glad that you are suggesting I continue looking. I was trying to justify that I wasn't walking into a blackhole, and I appreciate the optimism. Thank you very much!
