Probate!

I am looking to add probate to my list of methods to find solid deals to BRRRR, wholesale, or live-in flip. I wanted to see what methods you knew of (besides mailing obituaries) to find probate homes and talk to those families about helping them out of the predicament.

Any and all advice is welcome!

@Austin Pekarek Welcome aboard! Most of my current real estate is in Springfield, MO and I have found it to be a decent place for the buy-and-hold game. Obviously you need to be familiar with the area and do your research, but market rents are good compared to the acquisition prices! Feel free to shoot me a message, if you ever have questions!
