@Cory Nemoto is on Oahu but could be your man! One of (if not the) biggest fix/flip operators on the island, and now they have a lending operation too!

@Brian Hill and everybody else, the event has been moved to Sunday, September 2nd due to a scheduling conflict at the Church, I will still be bringing Pizza and conversation! Lets discuss real estate and grow together!

Monthly real estate investor (REI) meetup on the windward side of Oahu! We had an even better turnout this month, and I look forward to seeing you all again!

Investors, Agents, Lenders, Military, ANYONE, join us at Kailua United Methodist Church to network, and get in on the ground floor of our monthly meetups! This is open to anybody interested in real estate, or other local investments. We welcome all levels of experience, so come and eat some pizza with us! I will provide a couple of pizzas, but if you're hungry feel free to bring anything that suits your fancy!

We changed the location to a church in Kailua thanks to, which will allow us to network more effectively, and go around the room to give a short introduction to ourselves! As time goes on this will allow us to share deals that people are working on or successful past deals!

I am an investor in Springfield, MO that is always on the lookout for SFH to BRRRR, multi-family residential, and commercial real estate. I have been doing this long distance (military) for years, and it just dawned on me that I don't know any quality wholesalers in the Springfield area. @Eric Moreno Don't feel too bad, I messed up the first check I wrote from my HELOC too! It is easy to do when you haven't filled one out in years!
