Hello I bought in Brooklyn where it cost me 830k down payment was like 200K needed repairs of like 70K

And have a rental that pays $2300 I had not a dollar in the bank I maxed out my credit cards and borrowed like a donky and so far still feeling pressure.

Hello Sean 

I am in the same boat as you I am a really nice landloard and cant say no to my tenant.

But you mentioned that you will take it out and put it back in if i were you I would keep my word.

But in the future I do not think you are obligated to take it out and put it in(In the future put these things in the lease) 

You can even tell her that this is the last time you will be doing it for her.

I am in contract on a great investment property 6 Unit 430K I would like to resign it for 500K I found someone that wants it he sent it in to his bank and the bank told him that they will only honor the original contract and give him 75% LTV on 430K.

Now he tells me he will only buy it if I find him a bank that will honor the contract.

Any advice? I know in brooklyn on big propertys they honor it no problem.

Hello to all I am new to this wrold and am here to learn and contribute as much as i can.

I entered realestates 4 month ago and so far brokered 2 deals to investors for 2.5 percent commission currently am in contract on a third property that I am looking to flip

I found a wealthy Investor whom is backing me up on hard contracts.....

My primary focus is Bayonne NJ all my deals are there for now.
