Hi, My name is Nancy.
I am an investor living in Ontario, Canada with my husband Peppi. Here are some highlights of my real estate adventures:
My Start: My parents dabbled in rental properties and renovations while I was growing up so I learned the basics from watching them. As a result I also dabbled in single family and vacation rentals throughout the years UNTIL I decided to seriously invest in real estate in December 2014. With determination and much effort, by January 2016 I already owned 31 rental units!
My Best Deal: I purchased a large century single-family home and converted it to a triplex. I forced appreciation on that property by over $200,000 above the purchase price and renovation.
My Current Projects: I am in the process of flipping a 6Plex and a buy and hold conversion of a single-family home to a duplex
